Example engagement plan
Draft engagement plan.
These are some of the activities that need to be run before a new DC the pilot can take place. (Not in order of priority). It is worth reflecting that decent preparation of an LDC is approx 2 days prep for 1 day engagement. Obviously this gets less the more often it happens, but for the first 3-5 times, that’s the average.
